The Under 18 and Under 21 representative age groups form the head and final piece in the jigsaw of the Guernsey FA Academy pathway, with their annual inter-insular showpiece Muratti against Jersey being the highlight.

The Guernsey FA U18’s also compete locally in the Stranger Cup against senior local clubs which proves to be a great challenge both physically and mentally for these young players as they have an opportunity to compete together against some of the best adult local players in Guernsey. The U18's performed incredibly well in the 2021/22 season by going on to win the tournament.

Under the experienced guidance of Angus Mackay, Jordan Kelly and Jason Tardif, these squads train with the aim to provide the players with the technical, physical and mental attributes that they will need as they mature ready to face the next steps and challenges of their football careers.

With Guernsey FC and the GFA Clubs as natural partners in helping to develop these players, the island is in a very strong position moving forward. The success of the local pathway can clearly be seen when looking at the players that have moved on to play for Bristol City in recent times.
